Vilius Thorsgaard Frølunde Vizgaudis works as an architect and illustrator in Copenhagen, Denmark. Vilius has a BA in Architecture from Aarhus School of Architecture, Denmark and a MArch in Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, London where he graduated with distinction under the tutelage of CJ Lim in 2019.

Vilius’ approach to design and illustration is an exploration of narratives drawn extensively from architecture where the surreal and impossible is mixed with detailed reality. His inspirations stem from a span between historic art as well as comics and pop-culture. In his work Vilius employs techniques of computer generated and hand drawn graphics collaged into a seamless imagery. His works were shortlisted for Archisource Drawing of the Year 2019 and The Krob 2019 Architectural Drawing Competition.

Apart from his work in the architectural field Vilius has produced a number of magazine, corporate, design illustration as well as a series of drawings as part of his architectural research under professor CJ Lim (book release pending 2021).
