Jane Webster’s food, travel and architectural illustration it’s commissioned nationally and internationally to get you to go, and to eat out there, where ever that may in the world. Her hand drawn vigorous reportage illustration celebrates what the food and travel industry has to offer with an additional graphic twist. Her work evokes a fresh visual sense of place.
Jane’s work attracts a wide range of clients across editorial, advertising, design and product branding. Whether it’s maps designed to depict geographic context and content, to finding your way to the perfect eatery, a fine wine label or how to truffle hunt in Croatia. Her clients include The Times, The Independent, The Telegraph, Conde Nast Group, Waitrose Food Illustrated, High Life, Cedar Communications, John Brown Group, The Financial Times, Rowse Honey, ASDA.
She has been awarded several academic funding awards, which has enabled her travel half way across the world on a train to publish ‘The Big Transib’ a 52 page reportage book exploring the diversities of the epic journey. Jane Webster is a 0.5 senior lecturer on the Illustration and Animation B.A at Kingston University.
